Miracle Weight Loss pill– Does It Really Work?

Are there really miracle weight loss pills? Is there a way one can take these pills and lose 10 to 20 pounds in a few days? Are there possible side effects of these drugs? How do I know the best weight loss pills to take and where can I find them? These are questions that people may have and are seeking to get the right answers. You are not the only one that is thinking that way neither are you the only one who wants to lose weight. There are thousands of people like you!
Alli is a brand name of orlistat which has been marketed by Roche as Xenical. How orlistat works is fascinating, unlike other weight loss pills that works in the brain or suppress appetite, “xenical works in your digestive system to block about one-third of the fat in the food you eat from being digested.” “It disables lipase, an enzyme found in the digestive tract, preventing it from breaking down dietary fat that is normally used or stored for energy in this smaller form. Instead, some of the fat continues undigested through the intestines and is then eliminated.” According to xenical website, xenical still has its side effects which include “gas with oily discharge, an increased number of bowel movements, an urgent need to have them, and an inability to control them, particularly after meals containing higher amounts of fat than are recommended”. Most people think this could be the miracle diet pill that will give them the weight they desire, but the amazing thing here is that xenical usage encourages weight losers to combine it with a good diet and constant exercise.
These weight loss pills may not be highly effective because they help to lose weight very slowly and also the side effects they have. Exercise, good dieting, and style of living would go a long way in getting the desired weight we want. In dealing with obesity, the consumer should consult their health care professional to know the appropriate weight loss pills to take.

  1. This is very true, many people tend to ignore that a light diet and exercise will increase the effects of weight loss pills. Weight loss pills do really work, just the way green tea increases metabolism and help you lose weight. But users of weight loss pills should not just leave the whole task to the pills. Cutting down food by just 20-30% or even better, using a small plate, as well as 30 minutes to an hour of light exercise will reveal great effects from weight loss pills. As for the fatty stool that accompanies the use of pills such as Xenical, well nothing in this world comes easy. :)

  2. Well, I hate to say it (no I don’t), but good old-fashioned exercise and nutrition are your best bets when it comes to losing unwanted pounds. No pill in the world is going to work without that.

However, I’m sure you have seen those pills on those stupid late night infomercials. Eat everything you want and still lose weight– Pizza, cake, brownies, and fried food. What??!! That all is a bunch of nonsence.

  4. Well, honestly, I do not know about this pill yet but I know that pills alone is not recommended for healthy weight loss. It should be a combined therapy of weight loss pills, regular healthy exercise and a good eating habits.

  5. Really, i believe the efficacy of the pill is quite relative: in the sense that, it can work in some people, while, not working in others, because of their body system make up. But, i believe, the pill, to a large extent, works in relatively larger no of people that apply it.

  6. I dont think pills alone is a good idea of loosing weight. It is unhealthy and consequences might come up later. Exercice and healthy diet are the best way to loose way.

  7. The reason diet pills usually works in some people more than others is because those people are probably eating and exercising while taking their diet pill, therefore they get more of a weight-loss effect out of it.
